Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Built-In Grills (custom installation products)
  • Countertop Grills (hygiene considerations)
  • Post Grills (installation-specific products)
  • Any product that has been assembled, used, or installed

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your return request
  2. Provide your order details including order number, product name, and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return shipping label (return shipping costs may apply)

Return Shipping Information

We offer two return shipping options:

  • Standard Return: Prepaid return label via DHL/FedEx – $12.95 deducted from your refund
  • Self-Arranged Return: You may arrange your own return shipping at your expense

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or model within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be responsible for the price difference.
