Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)

  • Shipping fee: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50)

  • No shipping charge for qualifying orders
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping Notes

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
  • We cannot ship to certain Asian regions and remote locations

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Patio Comfort Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all parts and documentation
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Built-In Grills (custom installation products)
  • Countertop Grills (hygiene considerations)
  • Post Grills (installation-specific products)
  • Any product that has been assembled, used, or installed

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  3. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package securely in the original packaging with all parts and documentation
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return shipping label

Return Shipping Options

We offer two return shipping methods:

  • Standard Return: Prepaid return label via DHL/FedEx ($12.95 deducted from your refund)
  • Self-Arranged Return: You may arrange your own return shipping at your expense

For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
